Upon receiving administrative approval for your account, you will be paired with a mentee or mentor, initiating your dialogue. Incentives for participation include opportunities to compete for weekly and monthly awards based on communication activity. Increased interaction will translate into more points; however, it is essential that these interactions reflect genuine conversations.
